I don't know if you and Inna have picked out a mortgage company yet, but if you haven't I strongly recommend Rob Hatefi at Access Mortgage. He took care of my mortgage, and got me a great rate (5.875). They also don't charge a huge front end fee or commission. Inna saw first hand that they offered incredible service. It might have been a special case, but Rob even came to my closing. Where do you get service like that today? I know you would really like Rob.

"To all prospective clients of Access Mortgage:
After much agonizing, my wife, Kathy, and I decided to relocate from the Tampa bay area to Orlando. We knew that attempting to sell our house in Ruskin, while simultaneously trying to buy one in the Orlando area, and not going “homeless” for an extended period of time, was going to be a real feat.
I am self employed, my wife was leaving her job to come into business with me, and we were looking for a very specific type of mortgage. All of these caveats, along with the “sell one today, buy one tomorrow” circumstance that we found ourselves in required something quite different from the ‘average’ mortgage. We needed a broker that had the “If that won’t work, then let’s try this” attitude.
Enter Rob Hatefi and Access Mortgage! (Can you hear the cavalry bugle charge in the background?) We already had a sale contract and target closing date on our existing home when we contacted Rob in regards to our situation. After making application, Rob had an approval letter in our hands in record time.
We immediately began shopping and based, in part, on the strength of our pre-approval, were able to negotiate a great deal on another home. After executing a contract, Rob coordinated with our realtor, the seller’s realtor, the appraiser, the title company, the mortgage company, and God only knows who else, all under severe time constraints!
The culmination of this story is that we were able to move up the closing date on the house that we were selling by more than a week, and still close on the house that we were buying the very next day. Having bought and sold several properties, we are painfully aware of the high possibility of something negative happening at closing. This particular transaction was completely without surprise, it was in fact, the smoothest closing that we have ever attended!
If you are considering the use of Access Mortgage on your next purchase it would be impossible for me to recommend them any more highly.
