Code of Ethics:

Clients

• We will serve our clients with honesty, integrity, competence, and service excellence.
• We will keep client information confidential and will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.
• We will not take advantage of confidential client information for our firms or ourselves.
• We will not allow conflicts of interest. Any conflicts of interest will be disclosed to our clients.

Engagements

• We will accept only requests for which we are qualified by our experience and competence.
• We will assign staff to client lending needs based on their experience, knowledge and expertise.

Fees

• We will estimate to the best of our abilities and in advance, our fees and expenses. We will charge fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services we deliver. We will also disclose to our clients in advance any fees or commissions that we will receive for our services.

Profession

• We will not advertise our services in a deceptive manner and will not misrepresent our company.
